Berk Ertürk graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2008 and began his legal career as a trainee attorney at ÖZ&ÖZ Law Office in the same year. Concurrently, he enrolled in the Law and Economics Master’s Program at Bilkent University, where he further advanced his academic expertise in the interdisciplinary fields of law and economics.
Upon successfully completing his master’s degree the following year, he was admitted to the Ankara Bar Association after fulfilling the mandatory legal internship requirements. In 2010, Mr. Ertürk joined ÖZ&ÖZ Law Office as an Attorney-at-Law and has continued to practice with the firm ever since.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ertürk has provided comprehensive legal services to both domestic and international clients across a broad range of practice areas. His expertise includes the Law of Obligations, contract drafting, review and negotiation, commercial law, inheritance law, administrative law, competition law, and trademark law. With extensive experience in advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, he delivers practical and effective legal solutions tailored to their specific needs.
