Founding Partner
Şevki Onur Öz, the founding partner of ÖZ&ÖZ Law Office, began his legal career in 1990 after graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1988. Following his graduation, he spent one year in the United Kingdom (Loughborough), further enhancing his international perspective and language skills.
After gaining extensive experience through nearly twenty years of legal practice in Ankara, he established the Istanbul office of ÖZ&ÖZ Law Office in 2010 and has continued his professional practice in Istanbul ever since. As the founding partner, he leads a wide range of significant national and international projects undertaken by the firm.
Mr. Öz specializes in arbitration, corporate law, banking and finance transactions, real estate and property law, as well as mergers and acquisitions. In addition to his legal practice, he is also a registered patent and trademark attorney. With his extensive professional experience and strong international outlook, he provides strategic legal counsel to both domestic and international clients. He is fluent in English.
